Dream Premium Hotel & Spa

Location

Room was old and not same as in the picture advertised. There was even cockroach.

The location was great and central and super close to train street. Friendly staff.

The room door did not lock and had about a 2-3 inch gap at the bottom, which I used the limited towels to block. When I got into the room the window was open and is easily accessible from the hall which was uncomfortable. The window looked into the room next to you so u had to have the curtains closed at all times.

Location

Small, the bed was bad felt springs coming through. No hot water!

Spacious and clean near to tourist spot

Nothing all are good

Good location.? It's near the shops including restaurants. They provide room service. They provide breakfast.

The toilet was blocked on my first day after defecation!??I told the staff about the issue but they promised to fix it ASAP, I went back, and at that time my room was smelling SHIT! I waited more than 2 hours but no one came! I went back to ask for the second time. That's where they fixed the issue but they didn't apologize! ?

Big rooms, buffet breakfast

Quite a walk from the french quarter

The staff were really helpful and provided extra heating during the stay. The location was perfect. Very central, while room being quiet. Room was kept dark in the mornings, so slept well.

Location in old quarter is walking distance to many tourist spots in Hanoi.

The breakfast is okay. Location is good.

The stench coming from the drain of the bathroom is crazy! We couldn’t sleep because of the smell. The bed is not so comfortable. When 1 moves, the other person also moves.

The hotel located at the other side of the bridge. There is a mini market nearby where it’s easy to make daily groceries. It takes about 10 minutes from the hotel to the city center. The lantern boat tour is just there. The breakfast is simple but it’s yummy. There is a swimming pool inside and lazer zone in the backyard. A great place to relax and sip some drinks.

Location was good , staff was helpful organizing trips

Pictures of the property don’t match the reality

The location The staff The correct rate

Small rooms , to be renovated

Great location and the staff are helpful and friendly.

The desk at the room wasn’t the most comfortable one but I know people don’t usually come to work at the hotel, like in my case hehe I had to do some computer work~

Get room 705 which is huge and has a private terrace. The location is great and the bed is an absolute winner. It's enormously large, doesn't smell, I slept for 9-10 hours straight both nights I stayed there. The room itself is a bit worn out, but it's not a dealbreaker, still good value.

The water pressure in the shower is a bit low. The intersection next to the hotel can get pretty busy during peak hours with all the honking, but not hotel's fault.

The noodles and fried rice at breakfast were delicious.

Location. There was no separation in the showe, the whole place got soaked every time I used it. (Ty’s quite common in hotels in Vietnam)

I'm happy to stay there especially for the location and clean room. All the staff are good and only breakfast items are less but for me is ok.

Room cleanLocationVery good Spa

The room was nice. It’s comfortable.

What I didn’t like about my stay is the Wi-Fi. It was too slow so slow. I don’t know where to connect. I am connecting to the other room and I told the receptionist about my signal still it’s so slow. I stayed for seven days so I needed the Wi-Fi, but it’s too slow so I’m disappointed about the Wi-Fi. Same goes with the heater in the bathroom. The heater doesn’t work. It’s too cold.

Good breakfast, helpful and accommodating staff. Clean, comfy room.

I have nothing to say!!!!

-room dirty linens, dust, -Non-functional AC: Especially problematic in hot climates. . -Poor Service: staff: Especially at the front desk, making guests feel unwelcome - I informed the hotel about the late check-out at 6:00 PM, as is common in most hotels. At 6:00 PM, I was forced out of the room and asked to pay the full amount. They did not allow me to go to the airport until the entire amount was paid. One of them attempted to assault me, and I was forced to pay half the amount against my will.I almost missed my flight because of them.-They sent me threats to send camera recorded for calling prostitutes in whats up to my house!!!! ( please find the attached files. Dear customer care As you know, I have stayed at hundreds of hotels through your booking service, and I have rated all the hotels I stayed at as excellent. I have never complained about any hotel over the years.I hope you impose the strictest penalties for the threat I received from the hotel and send me a copy of the actions taken regarding this hotel.

Nice staff and good location

The air conditioning was not quite cooling the room enough. It was a little warm
